Welcome to Sally Nails & Spa! To ensure the best service and protect both our clients and staff, please read and agree to the following policies:

Appointments & Payments

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended.

A deposit may be required for certain services.

All services are non-refundable once performed.

Health & Safety

Clients must inform technicians of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications before services.

We reserve the right to decline service if conditions may put your health or safety at risk.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Service Results

Results may vary depending on skin type, nail/lash condition, and aftercare.

We do not guarantee exact results for permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, waxing, tinting, or nail enhancements.

Liability Release

By receiving services, you agree that Sally Nails & Spa is not responsible for allergic reactions, side effects, or complications.

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.

Courtesy & Respect

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client; the salon is not liable for lost or damaged items.

Sanitation & Disinfection

All metal tools are disinfected with an EPA-registered disinfectant after each client.

Single-use items (buffers, pumice stones, waxing sticks, mascara wands, etc.) are disposed of after each use.

Pedicure chairs and foot basins are cleaned and disinfected per State Board regulations after each client.

Technicians must wash hands or use hand sanitizer before every service.

Licensure & Regulations

All technicians are properly licensed by the Florida Board of Cosmetology.

Licenses are displayed in a visible area inside the salon.

Only services permitted by Florida law and license type will be performed (no medical procedures).

Client Consent & Acknowledgment (especially for Permanent Makeup, Eyelash Extensions, Waxing, Tinting)

A consent form must be signed before any semi-permanent or permanent services (PMU, microblading, eyeliner tattoo).

Clients must be informed of possible risks and that results may vary.

Services will not be provided if the client is pregnant, has certain skin conditions, or is on blood-thinning medication (unless with physician approval).

Contraindications / Refusal of Service

No services will be performed on clients with nail fungus, open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions.

The salon reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s health condition poses a risk.

Refunds & Redo Policy

No refunds for services already performed.

If minor issues occur, clients must report within 3 days to receive a complimentary fix (e.g., lifting lashes, broken nail).

Photography & Marketing Consent

Clients may choose to allow or decline photography of services for salon marketing or social media purposes.
